Tim Power Architects designed this project, a new retail concept, for the Samsonite Black Label brand in 2007.
The project was TP/A’s response to an invited competition between 4 leading Retail Design figures from Europe and North America, which was conceived for completion of over 100 retail outlets worldwide.
The project exemplifies the spirit and romance of the glory days of the voyage, in which luxury and adventure were associated with travel, and assumes a balance of a contemporary design language with nostalgia.
