These prefabricated single family residential units, devised for the House for Humanities Group in 2002, are intended to allow families and individuals with limited financial resources to purchase a generous, contemporary home.
These simple and modern houses are composed of well constructed rectilinear volumes.

These uncomplicated volumes can be stacked, arranged and multiplied to provide for different house typologies:

L’ house – ‘‘T’ house – ‘Z’ house – ‘H’ house.

The different typologies respond to variations in terrain, domestic needs, topology, offering a variety of contemporary living environments.Natural materials are used throughout the interior and exterior surfaces and are introduced in a logical and ‘morphologically coherent’ manner in order to reduce construction costs using  industrial construction methodology.

Large glazed areas are introduced in the public areas, creating extroverted spaces and insuring connection to the outdoors.
The sleeping and study areas are protected and enclosed in order to provide a sense of intimacy privacy.
The size and proportion of every space has been attentively considered to correspond to actual needs.
A balance of light and color nurture the simple dignity and mystery of human existence.
